If you are a tourist from outside Spain and you speak French or English:
At entry, you will pay besides the amount corresponding to the rest of the total price for the apartments, a deposit equal to one hundred Euros (per apartment) to cover any possible damages on the apartment. When we have checked the apartment, we will return the money.
The price of the apartments the whole year round is 140 Euros a day + 8% VAT (included).
- We are a Rural Tourism service not a hotel, so we kindly ask you to leave the apartaments as clean and tidy as you find them when you arrived. - Do please respect the repose of neighbours form the other apartments. - We are animal lovers, but we cannot admit them inside the apartments. - To make the booking effective, a deposit ( percentage of the final price of the lodging) should be paid, within 24 hours, in our bank account.We cannot guarantee the return of the reservation in case of cancellation for whatever reason, it will depend on whether we can rent the accommodation on those same dates or not.
Equipment:
- If you stay longer than seven days we will provide weekly fresh bedclothes. - We consider a complete week 7 days and 6 nights.
